WinWinds plays Stars and Stripes Forever WinWinds players and their audience

Our first concert of the 2017 season was held at The Winchendon School Faculty Hall and welcomed returning students for the school year. Conductor Lucinda Ellert presented a number of well-known band works under the theme "Timeless Classics for Concert Band."

On Saturday, October 7, Winchendon Winds joined the Town of Winchendon during its annual Fall Festival celebration with a lighthearted program for all ages: "Family Festival of Delights." Our featured number was the premier of the "Toy Town March," a rollicking piece composed by New Englander David Maker, commissioned specifically for Winchendon Winds in tribute to Winchendon's rich toy manufacturing history.
